There is only one way to start this and that is to just “plunge in”. Each day I read of another way for mankind to “express” themselves. It seems to me we embrace whatever comes down the path of life that allows us to justify a chosen lifestyle. It does not do any good to name them all…instead allow me to focus on possible results. The results are the rising clouds of super storms forming on a distant horizon, yet other storms seem to be forming overhead in our day to day world. Truth has become a relative term allowing someone to say what will justify the end result. Half truths, unsaid truths, misrepresented truths and on it goes. Back to those storm clouds. How long will a Holy God look the other way when we kill 50 million babies because of inconvenience? How long will HE look away from nation against nation, tribe against tribe and brother against brother. His fierce explosive crack of angers thunder will be heard if it isn’t already BEING HEARD! In 2014 we will live in the reality of having been pushed and forced into another step toward socialism. Christians are suspect, terrorists are peace loving people (so we have been told). Sooner or later these and many other actions will release the power of judgments STORMS. At sometime, on any day God has chosen, we will face the certainty that we are not seeing the “end times” WE ARE WELL INTO THE END TIMES. Jesus said, “I am the WAY,TRUTH, LIFE”. We will not be able to stop the unfolding of God’s end time plan, but we will be able to stand tall taking our positions, standing in our appointed places with and in His presences and His banner of truth over us. In the meantime create places to gather and pray, giving ourselves to fasting and faith. His sustaining power will be there as will His provision. He is still GOD and this is now and will be “His world”. As these days unfold celebrate His Kingdom and become strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 2014 will be another piece in the end time puzzle it will consist of days the Lord has made and we will REJOICE in them
